Our Team

Jared Bingham has been practicing law since 2001. From 2003 to 2024, he served as a federal agent where he investigated and prosecuted criminal cases. He has a strong sense of justice and in doing the right things for the right reasons. He brings this experience and his pursuit of justice to his personal injury practice and has personally handled hundreds of successful personal injury cases for his clients. Jared loves helping clients navigate the insurance claims process so they can focus on medical treatment and healing from their injuries. Jared is licensed to practice law in Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming.

Jared has been married to his lovely wife since 1996. Together, they have three adult children (and one grandchild!). They love spending time with their family. Jared loves the outdoors and enjoys mountain biking, hiking, camping, and just being up in the mountains.

Tyler Woodworth began practicing law in 2011. Tyler finds personal injury cases and clients are all unique, which adds to the challenge and fulfillment of his work. Tyler enjoys practicing at JDB Law because "people (our clients) are not just a claim number, the entire team understands that these are real people with real problems who need our help, support, and guidance." Tyler is licensed to practice law in Utah.
